Fish and seafood, always fresh, but also high quality meat are the arguments and the raw materials that Chef Anabela Fernandes handles, in his "alchemy" process.


Self-taught and in love with the gastronomic universe, he travels through the roots of traditional Portuguese cuisine, while reinventing it.


The creativity and sophistication that Chef Anabela Fernandes transmits to her creations gives to Muxama menu a differentiating identity.
